We are an independent firm, not a national contractor — the team is the group of tradesmen who work with Jason job after job, so the same people turn up on your project that turned up on the last one. The building, roofing, joinery, plastering, tiling, flooring and decorating are ours; the plumbing, gas and electrical elements are carried out by the qualified tradesmen we work with, certificated to whatever each element requires. Houses first, commercial alongside
Most of our work is domestic: extensions and conservatories, loft conversions, roofing, kitchens, whole-house refurbishments, structural alterations and the drives and landscaping that go with them. Alongside that we take on commercial building work — one long-standing client has used us for a full residential refurbishment and for building work on a commercial office building, and we carry out ongoing maintenance for buildings we already know.
Concept to completion, and then back again
We would rather run a project from the first survey to the final coat than turn up for one trade and leave somebody else to sequence it. That is what "concept to completion" actually means in practice: one firm holding the programme, one person answering the phone, and a standing offer to come back for whatever the property needs next. One client has had two further jobs carried out since their loft conversion.
