Property Maintenance
Ongoing building, roofing, electrical and plumbing maintenance for homes and commercial property
Once we have worked on a property, we tend to keep working on it. Maintenance is the least glamorous part of what we do and the part clients value most, because it means one number to ring rather than starting from scratch with a stranger every time something needs attention.
That covers general building repairs, roofing and guttering, electrical work, plumbing and gas works — carried out by the qualified tradesmen we work with for the elements that require them — for homeowners, landlords and commercial buildings across Trafford, south Manchester and Cheshire.
Building repairs
Brickwork and pointing, rendering, plaster repairs, joinery, doors and windows, damp and the general making-good that keeps a building tight.
Roofing and rainwater
Slipped slates and tiles, flashings, flat-roof repairs, gutter clearing and replacement — usually the difference between a small job now and a ceiling job later.
Electrical and plumbing
Electrical work and plumbing repairs and alterations, carried out by the qualified tradesmen we work with, certificated to whatever each piece of work requires. Gas work is left to a registered gas engineer.
Commercial buildings
Ongoing maintenance for commercial property, alongside the office and commercial building work we take on — reactive repairs as well as planned work.
