Whole-house refurbishments, restorations, conversions and interior fit-outs
A full refurbishment is a sequencing problem before it is a building problem. Strip out, structural work, roof and windows, first fix plumbing and electrics, plaster, second fix, floors, then decoration — in that order, with each trade booked to arrive when the one before has actually finished.
We have carried out full residential property refurbishments covering kitchen, bathrooms, heating and everything between, alongside building work on commercial office property. Whether it is a whole house or an interior fit-out of one floor, the principle is the same: concept to completion with one firm holding the programme.
Whole-house refurbishment
Kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrics, plastering, joinery, floors and decoration, run as one project with a single programme and one point of contact — the way one of our clients describes having had a full residential refurbishment carried out.
Restoration and conversion
Older property that needs putting right rather than ripping out — repairing and restoring what is worth keeping, and converting spaces to work the way the house is actually used now.
Interior fit-outs and alterations
Reconfiguring an interior without touching the footprint: moving or removing walls, forming new openings, altering services, and finishing the result properly. Load-bearing walls are removed with the right structural support, calculated and installed, not improvised.
