Structural work is the part of a build with no margin for improvisation. A beam that is the wrong size, a padstone that is not big enough or a foundation that is too shallow does not announce itself for years, and by then it is expensive.
We carry out new build and domestic development work, and the structural elements within renovations and extensions — foundations, steelwork, load-bearing wall removal and new openings — installed to the engineer's design and inspected as the work goes through its stages.

Structural alterations
Removing load-bearing walls to open up a ground floor, forming new openings, and installing the steelwork, padstones and support that make it safe — one of the jobs a reviewer specifically describes us being brought in for.
Groundworks and foundations
Setting out, excavation, solid concrete foundations, drainage alterations and the below-ground work that never gets photographed and decides everything above it.
